活化蛋白-1和糖皮质激素受体在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的作用
摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)以气道慢性炎症为主要特征,糖皮质激素是强有力的抗炎药物,但对COPD的治疗效果不太理想。活化蛋白1和糖皮质激素受体的表达水平及活性状态是影响激素疗效的重要因素,本文针对活化蛋白1和糖皮质激素受体在COPD发病中的作用以及对激素治疗的关系作一综述。
