D151焊接型高中压外缸的焊接工艺研发

摘要 介绍了制造D151高中压汽缸采用焊接的背景,并详细阐述了针对焊接型汽缸所进行的焊接工艺的研发,如:为装配和防变形需要而设计制造的平台、专用预热和中间热处理设备等。在实际制造过程中还对最初的坡口设计存在的不足作了相应调整,最后对汽缸焊后的变形和无损探伤进行了说明,并提出了焊接方法改进的设想。 This paper presents the background of adopting HP-IP welded casing and detailed information on research and development of welding procedure for welded casing, such as platform designed and manufactured for assembling and deformation preventing during welding; special preheating and mid-heating treatment equipment , etc. During the actual manufacture, original unsatisfied welding preparation was modified in order to conform the requirement of welding operation. In the end, it gives an explanation for deformation and NDT after the easing welding and provides the method to improve the weld.
