摘要
本文应用ＧＥＰｒｏｓｐｅｅｄＣＴ测量了ＫＩ系列稀释溶液，观察了ＫＩ浓度与ＣＴ值的对应关系，探讨了应用￣（２４１）Ａｍ源激发Ｘ荧光法测量样品碘含量的探测水平，提出了建立免疫Ｘ荧光分析方法的设想。
The serial diluted solutions of potassium iodide(KI)were analysed by GE Prospoed CT and the correlationbetween the concentration of KI and the CT value was observed.Discussing the feasibility of analysis of iodinewith ￣(241)Am photon source and the theoretical detectable level,we put forward the suggestion of establishing theimmuno-X ray fluorescence analysis method.(
