白花蛇舌草中对香豆酸提取工艺研究及其含量测定

Study on Extraction Methods of p-Coumaric Acid in Oldenlandia diffusa (willd.) Roxb and Determine the Content by HPLC

目的以对香豆酸为指标性成分,研究白花蛇舌草的最佳提取纯化工艺。方法采用有机溶酶提取与大孔树脂动态吸附相结合的方法,用高效液相法测定所得的样品中对香豆酸含量,最终确定最佳工艺。结果以90%乙醇提取,提取液回收乙醇后,经大孔树脂柱纯化,收集40%乙醇洗脱液,回收乙醇,浓缩、干燥,干燥提取物再经乙酸乙酯加热回流,此提取物的纯度较为理想。

Objective To study the best method for extraction of p - coumaric acid in Oldenlandia diffusa （willd.） Roxb. Methods With different menstruum and macroporous adsorption resin to extract p - comaric acid in Oldenlandia diffusa （willd.） Roxb, and the contents were scaned by hplc ,to select the best method. Results With 90% ethanol extraction ,then to absorb and purify with macroporous resin,collect 40% ethanol elution,heat up the back flow with ethyl acetate, by these sereies of crafts, the content of p - coumaric is ideal.
