反相高效液相色谱法测定清肝调脂胶囊中栀子苷含量

Determination of Jasminoidin in Tiaozhiqinggan Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的建立清肝调脂胶囊中栀子苷含量测定方法。方法应用RP-HPLC法测定,选用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.56%,RSD=1.33%(n=5)。结论本法操作简便、测定结果准确、精密度和稳定性良好,能有效地控制补脑安神软胶囊的质量。

Objective To develop the RP-HPLC method to determine the content of berberine hydrochloricde in the Tiaozhiqinggan capsule. Methods the RP- HPLC was carried out on C18 column using CH3CN： H2O （15：85）as a mobile , the detecting wavelength was set at 238nm , the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Result The linear relationship was good, the averagee recovery was 98.56%, RSD = 1.33% （n = 5）. Conclusions The methods are simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Tiaozhiqinggan capsule.
