摘要
民工荒现象在全国各地非常普遍,由于民工的短缺,各地企业开工率严重不足,导致企业经济效益受损。民工荒的内在原因分析有利于各方积极寻找对策,避免民工荒持续蔓延带来的损失。
The short supply of the rural workers has been widespread all over the country, Enterprises suffer great economic losses on account of the sever shortage of the utilization of capacity, The analysis of the internal reasons helps all sides to find out the countermeasure actively. By doing so, it is possible to avoid the losses that are aroused by the spread of the civilian worker neglects.
