摘要
文章通过对我国卫生人力资源的数量、质量、结构、分布等问题的分析,探讨了产生这些问题的经济、社会、政策等方面的因素,认为医学人才培养结构不合理、缺乏有效人力资源配置机制和政策机制,是导致这些问题的主要因素,据此提出了改善我国卫生人力资源质量、配置的政策建议。
The article analyzes the quantity,quality,structure and allocation of health human resource in China,and explores the influencing factors in economy ,society and policy. The results show that the key factors for these problems are improper structure in medical student training,absence of manpower allocation mechanism and policy mechanism. Based on the analysis,this study provides some advice for improving the quality and allocation of health human resource in China.
