摘要
文章提出地勘单位转变为地矿企业、并建立现代企业制度。重要的问题是尽快造就一支地矿企业家队伍。文章作者对企业家的内涵。培养造就企业家途径与措施进行了阐述。
The author of this paper thinks that the important matter in the change-over of geological prospecting units into geological prospecting enterprises and the establishment of modern enterprise system is the cultivation of an enterprisers'rank.In addition,the connotation of an enterpriser,the measures and methods to cultivate enterprisers are furtherly described in the paper.
