摘要
文章作者通过对"家庭机制"的分析,从核地质系统的实际出发,认为运用"家庭机制",进行地勘单位企业化改造是一种可行的办法。在此基础上,文章探讨了地勘单位企业化进程,勾画了地勘单位企业化模式,提出了地勘单位企业化改造的配套措施。
The author believes that the utilization of 'Family Drive' in conducting the enterprization reformation for geological prospecting units is feasible when he analyzed the' Family Drive'issue and learnt the actual situation in nuclear geological prospecting units. By taking this as the base, the author studies the cntcrprization progress, describes the cnterprization mode and gives out a complete set of enterprization measures for gcological prospecting units.
