关于我国高校高水平运动队项目设置的思考

从2005年起,我国将以教育部为主组队参加世界大学生运动会,同时高校高水平运动队也将越来越多的承担起奥运会比赛任务,新形势迫使高校高水平运动队必须尽快提高运动竞技水平。科学、合理的项目设置是取得优异成绩的基础和前提。本文通过对我国高校高水平运动队项目设置与奥运会、世界大学生运动会正式比赛项目设置进行比较、分析,发现存在的问题和不足,进而对我国高校高水平运动队项目设置提出4点建议,即借鉴成功经验,科学合理布局;立足大运会,放眼奥运会;优先稳固优势项目,重点发展潜优势项目,全力突破落后项目,注意观察新设项目;运用竞赛杠杆,引导项目发展。

From 2005, the nation bureau will take more responsibilities to take part in the World Universities Games. At the same time, top- level sports teams of our universities and colleges will take more responsibilities to take part in Olympic Games. Under the new circumstances, it is urgent to develop the level of toplevel sports teams rapidly. Setting up Scientific and reasonable athletic projects is the base of achieving exceb lent accomplishments. The author offered four suggestions： studying successful experiences and scientific and reasonable distribution; standing the World Universities Games and preparing for Olympic Games; stabilizing the advantage projects, paying more attention to the potiential advantage projects, trying our best to make a break on the backward projcts; using the role of match to guide the development of projects.
