A Study On Teachers'Factors Which Influence The Teaching Effects Of Physical Culture Major At Colleges In Zhejiang Province

摘要 通过问卷调查法、访谈法和统计分析法从教师因素的层面对目前浙江省高校体育专业教学质量下滑的原因进行分析探讨。结果表明,各院校普遍存在教学内容滞后、教学方法单一、教学计划不够合理、教师与学生的交流较少、学生探究式学习的能力较差等现象。教师应不断提高自身的道德素养和业务素质,采用先进的教学方法和手段,改革考试制度,严格考试纪律,加强对学生探索和创新能力的培养。 This paper aims to explore the factors which induce the decline in teaching quality of physical culture major at colleges in Zhejiang province by means of questionnaire investigation, interview and statistic analysis. The results show that the decline in teaching quality is due to the sluggishness of teaching content, the simplicity of teaching methods, irrational teaching schedule, lack of teacher - student interaction and poor in- quiring ability of the students. To solve the problems, the article suggests that teachers should enhance their morality and professional accomplishment on the cultivation of students' exploring and creative ability.
