高校篮球教学中运用非优势手训练的教学实验分析

非优势手训练是根据神经系统兴奋与抑制相互诱导理论中的同时负诱导和相继正诱导为理论依据,此理论应用于高校篮球教学中,主要是让学生在学、练篮球过程中,通过变换上肢活动部位,使神经细胞轮流工作,强化神经系统对机体的调节作用,达到完善篮球动作技术的目的。教学实验结果表明:实验班篮球技术的掌握比对照班好,经综合评定考试,实验班成绩优于对照班,对考试成绩进行T检验,两班考核结果具有显著差异。教学效果显著。

Training unaccustomed hand, by guiding exciting and inhibiting nerve to produce negative and positive effect, can be applied in basketball teaching. The aim is to strengthen the function of organism adjusted by nerve and to perfect the technique of playing basketball by changing different parts of upper body in active state. The research shows that the technique of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.
