摘要
教师专业发展是教师专业知识、专业技能、专业情意、专业自主、专业价值观、专业发展意识由低到高,逐渐符合教师专业人员标准的过程。参与校本课程开发可增进教师专业知识与技能,完善教师的专业情意与专业价值观,提升教师的专业发展意识与专业自主权。因此教师积极参与校本课程开发是促进教师专业发展现实而有效的途径之一。
Teaching competence cultivation is a process of upgrading the professional ideal, knowledge, ability, and ethics, which are the requirements for school-based curriculum development, therefore an active involvement of teachers in the development of school-based curriculum offers great possibility for the teachers to develop their professional competence.
