建筑物地基裂缝成因初探

Primary research on cause of foundation crack of structure

根据建筑物区的地基裂缝分布基本特征、主要观测点位移与沉降的观测结果,及场区的区域地质背景、工程地质条件、水文地质条件以及土体的物理力学特性,从地应力的重新分布、地层结构的变化、矿区水文地质条件变化、地基固结程度的差异性等方面,对建筑物地基裂缝的诱因进行了初步的探讨．

On the basis of distribution basic characteristics of foundation cracks, measurement results of displacement and sedimentation of major observation points at the structure locations, as well as regional geological background, engineering geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions and physical and mechanics properties of soil body around the site, the induced reasons of the foundation cracks are primarily discussed from a point view of re-distribution of geo-stress, changes of strata structure, varieties of mining hydrogeological conditions and the difference of foundation consolidation degree.
