摘要
本文在论述地勘单位负债经营功能、意义基础上，以云南省地质矿产局１９９４年实际负债资料为基础，划分出四种负债经营类型，并分析了该局不同类型地勘单位负债经营的现状和特点。在实证分析基础上，探讨建立负债经营安全线新模型体系，并提出了相应的政策建议。
In this article, after the discussions on the functions and senses of the strategy of business-operation-on-loan in geological prospecting units, based on the vivid materials of this strategy by Yun Nan Geological Prospecting Bureau in 1994, four models of business-operation-on-loan are classified. Then the author analyzes the current situations and the characteristics of different geological prospecting units under the Bureau which have practiced the strategy.Finally, the discussions and studies on safety-line for new model of loan, the relevant policiesand suggestions are pointed out based on the practical experiences.
