地勘单位公司制改组中纵向经济关系的调整

IN COMPANY REORGANIZATION IN GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING UNITS

地质矿产部石油海洋地质系统在建立现代企业制度的过程中，将要按照《公司法》进行改革、改组、改造，实现由事业体制向企业体制的过渡，现行诸多经济关系都要作重大调整。本文试从计划关系、产权关系、经济责任关系、利益关系、分配关系及约束机制等方面的现状简析入手，对如何建立新型的纵向经济关系进行了有益的探讨。

During the establishment period of modern enterprise system in Petroleum Ocean Organizations under the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, reformation, reorganization as well as renovation shall be performed in accordance with the'Law on Companies'; many important adjustments to economic relationships should be carried out to make non - profitable units into profitable ones. In this article, beneficial discussions on how to establish new type of vertical economic relationship are presented by the author from the aspects of planning, right of property, economic resPOnsibility, profit, distribution and binding mechanism.
