控制权及其收益的常用控制手段,都需要一定的成本。企业可以对经理的行为有一个较好的预期,从而避免更为严重的侵害。
It requires some cost to take those counter measures to fight of control and consequent gains. Enterprises can avoid much more serious damage by effectively anticipating managers＇ behavior.
