A study of psychological qualities of skilled personnel in Qingdao

摘要 以《卡特尔十六人格测验》和《爱德华个人需求倾向测验》为工具对1220名青岛科技人才进行测查发现:科技人员与一般工作人员在因子B、G、H、X2上有差异;科技人员男性与一般工作人员男性在因子B、G、H上存在差异;科技人员女性与一般工作人员女性在因子B、O、Q2、X3、Y2上存在显著差异;科技人员男性与女性在因子O、X4、Y1、Y3上存在差异;年长的科技人员在因子N上低于年轻的,呈现差异显著;研究开发类与基础研究类科技人员在因子F、N、O上存在差异显著;科技人员与常模各类需要排列顺序和组合结构存在明显不同。在此基础上结合调查的青岛科技人才的基本状况提出优化科技人才心理素质的一些思考。 Based on the measurements of Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire and Edward Personal Preference Schedule, this study surveys 1220 skilled personnel in Qingdao City and finds: skilled personnel differ from ordinary personnel in terms of factors B, G, H and X2; male skilled personnel differ significantly from male ordinary personnel in terms of factors B, O, Q2, X3 and Y2; male skilled personnel differ from their female counterparts with respect to factors O, X4, Y1 and Y3; younger skilled personnel outperform significantly their elder counterparts in relation to factor N; skilled personnel engaged in research development differ significantly from those engaged in basic research in terms of factors F, N and O; the differences between skilled personnel and norms that require order rearrangement and structure organization axe obvious. Based itself on the findings above, the present paper proposes some.suggestions on how to optimize the psychological qualities of skilled personnel.
