THE APPROACHES OF GETTING FUNDS FOR SOCIAL INSURANCE FOR GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING UNITS UNDER THE MARKET ECONOMY

本文在总结地勘单位社会保险制度改革成败和阐述社会保险筹资模式类型及其本质的基础上，提出了“九五＂期间地勘单位社会保险制度改革构想。认为社会保险制度改革中最关键的环节有两个，一是统筹区域的选择，二是资金筹措方式的选择。地勘单位近期改革的重点应放在后一方面。

Based on the summary of success or failure in reformation of social insurance and the descriptions on the approaches to get funds as well as the essential points of the matter, the author gives out his considerations on the social insurance for geological prospecting units in the'inth Five - Year Plan'. He considers that the responsible organization of conducting this insurance and the approaches to get funds are the two key points for the matter. But as for the geological prospecting units, the stress should be put on the latter one in their current reformation.
