文章介绍了北京市地质矿产局１０１队在新形势下开展定额工作做法和经验，论述了搞好定额工作的切身体会，建议及存在的问题。
The method and experience of No. 101 Team of Beijing Geological and Mineral Bureau in rating work under the new situation are introduced in the paper. The author's intimate knowledge and suggestions on the issue as well as the existed problems are put forward too.
