着力推进地矿经济实现“两个转变”

MAKING EFFORTS TO PUSH FORWARD THE GEOLOGY AND MINERAL ECONOMY TO REALIZE THE "TWO CHANGEOVERS

文章在回顾＂八五＂、展望＂九五＂的基础上，分析论述了推进地矿经济实现＂两个转变＂的主客观条件。作者认为应从以下几个方面来认识＂两个转变＂。①从地勘费有效投入的逐年减少，看实现＂两个转变＂的必然性；②从地矿产业结构的多元化，看实现＂两个转变＂的可能性；③从解决地矿经济发展中存在的深层次矛盾，看实现＂两个转变＂的必要性；④从地矿部门新兴产业发展现状，看实现＂两个转变＂的紧迫性。

Based on the review to the eighth 'Five -Year Plan' and a look into the ninth 'Five -Year Plan', the subjective and objective conditions for the implementation of the' two changeovers 'in geology and mineral economy are described and analyzed in this paper. The author points out that one should look at the matter from the following aspects: 1). From the gradual reduction in capital for geological prospecting to see the inevitable trend of the' two changeovers'; 2). From the multi - structure of geological prospecting industry to see the possibility of the 'two changeovers'; 3). From the deep contradiction in the economic development in geological prospecting to see the necessity of the 'two changeovers'; 4). From the development status of new industry lines in geological prospecting units to see the urgentness of the ' two changeovers'.
