摘要
作者通过对承包制的局限性与股份制的特点及功能的分析，阐明了股份制改革是地矿部门深化改革，加速发展的方向。论述了在推进股份制试点中应重点把握的七个环节、需要处理好的三种关系和主要采取的三种方式。
After the analyses on the limitations of contract system as well as the features and functions of share - holding system, it is pointed out by the author that share -holding system is the direction for further re formation and development of geological prospecting units. The author also describes the seven link points to be well held; three types of relations to be well deft with and three methods to adopt for trial operation of share - holding system.
