关于地勘单位企业化问题的实践与思考

THE CONSIDERATIONS AND PRACTICES ON THE ENTERPRIZATION OF GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING UNITS

文章以冶金部第一地质勘查局５１８队的实践为背景，阐述了地勘单位企业问题。作者认为：１．地勘单位初步具备企业化条件；２．推进企业化必须跳出思想认识上和实际工作中的几个误区；３．要以＂三改＂为前提，本着＂立足现状、积极推进＂的原则，从规模上化、从基层上化、从改变外部环境上化。

Based on the working practices made by No. 518 Team of No. 1 Geological Prospecting Bureau under the Ministry of Metallurgy Industry, this paper describes the enterprization matter of geological prospecting units. The author considers that: 1 ). The geological prospecting units have already basically held the conditions for enterprization; 2). Some misleadings should be avoided from the ideological and practical work in the promotion of such enterprization; 3 ). The enterprization should be carried out based on the three reformations'. The principle is 'stand on the current situation to actively promote the progress'and the method is to implementthe enterprization from the scale, the grass - root units as well as from the external environment.
