摘要
作者通过体制、结构、机制和企业家队伍四个方面的论述分析,提出在地勘单位企业化改造过程中,事企分开是前提,改组改造是途径,转机建制是动力,培养造就企业家队伍是保证。
After analyses and descriptions on the system, structure, mechanism and enterprislist team, the author put forward that in the enterprisization of the geological prospecting units, the division of state - owned units and enterprises is the precondition; regrouping and reformation is the approach; system changeover is the motive power and the training enterprisers'team is the guarantee.
