摘要
作者认为，培养、造就地勘企业家队伍是建立地勘经济新体制的需要，文章阐述了地勘企业家素质和职能的内涵及其成长、培育的环境。
The author's idea is that the cultivation and training of enterprisers' team is the requirement of the establishment of new economic system. The quality and conntation of the enterprisers', their growing - up environment are described in this paper.
