言外之意与日本人的娇宠心理

Subaudition and Amae of Japanese

日本人在交流中往往采用比较委婉的表现形式,尽量避免直线式而选择螺旋式交流方式, 因而,言外之意对日本人来说极为重要。语言的交流离不开特定的语境,日本人的话语交流对语境的依赖更为强烈。广义的语境还涉及文化的关联。可以说,日本人表达上的某些特色是其心灵深处“娇宠心理”的体现。注重言外之意说明日本人对听话一方有强烈的依赖,期望对方的体察和关爱。

The keynote of Japanese language is comparatively euphemistic. The Japanese attempt to communicate in a helical manner instead of a linear one, therefore subaudition is extremely important to them. Language communication cannot go without specific context, but Japanese language relies on context especially strongly. Context in the general sense of the term relates to cultural relevancy as well. The Japanese put a high value on subandition, which reflects the Amae deep in the heart of the Japanese. It means that Japanese language strongly depends on the listener, expecting the other party＇s care and concern.
