Innovation of Education Institution and the Transformation of Relationship Between General Higher Institutes

在市场机制逐渐取代政府并退渐成为资源配置主要手段的过程中,普通高校关系也有了较大的变化,逐渐由单一、封闭的静态关系转变为竞争与合作、强制与顺应等多元关系并存的局面,并以竞争为主。高校应充分意识到这种关系的转型对学校发展的影响,在处理好与政府和市场关系的同时,利用高校间组织恰当地协调与其他高校的校际关系。

With the replacement of government by the market as the main mechanism in resource allocation, the relationship between general higher institute is greatly affected, which changes from a static form to an open plurality ofconfliet, cooperation, coercion and accommodation. Therefore, institute should realize the influence of the transformation of interinstitute relationship on its development, and adjust its relations with the government and tha market, and coordinate its relations with other institutes by intermediary agencies.
