摘要
研究设计一种小巧、价格低廉的研磨装置,可直接装夹在某些机床(如车床)的刀架上,通过切换,对轴的表面进行研磨加工,以获得较小的表面粗糙度或较高的尺寸精度.以车床为例,论述该装置的基本原理,实现方式.通过分析和绘制研磨的切削轨迹,着重讨论如何确定合适的振动参数,以达到最佳的研磨效果.初步实验结果表明,可将金属轴之表面迅速研磨至粗糙度Ra0.2μm以下,并可获得接近镜面的抛光效果.
A new kind of small, cheap slice lapping device is designed. It can be directly installed on thecutter rack of a machine tool (such as lathe) to lap the surface of shaft directly ,in order to obtain lower surface roughness or higher dimension precision. The principle and implement of the device are presented by an example of lathe, Through drawing and analyzing the cutting trace of the slice lapping,the selection of appropriate vibration parameters is mainly discussed in order to achieve the best slice lapping effect, The result of the preparatory experiments shows that the device can be used to lap the surface of metal shaft to roughness below Ra0.2μm and to get the finished surface with mirror face effect.
