Fatigue Crack Growth Behavior of SiC_p/Al Composite Under Different Stress Radio

摘要 为了研究应力比对SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料疲劳性能的影响,采用真空液态搅拌法制备了SiCp/Al复合材料,并对CT试样循环加载测定其裂纹扩展曲线.研究了三种不同应力比下的裂纹扩展行为,结果表明:随着应力比R增大,疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN降低.疲劳裂纹的断口形貌塑性断裂越明显,裂纹尖端塑性区增大,裂纹尖端钝化越显著,二次裂纹数量增加. The SiCp/Al composite was fabricated by melt stir cast process in vacuum atmosphere ana its fatigue crack curves were measured by CT samples in order to study effects of stress radio on fatigue crack growth behavior of the composite. Its fatigue crack growth behavior was observed and investigated with three kinds of stress radio. It is shown that the fatigue crack growth rate da/dN of the SiCp/Al composite was decreased with increasing of stress radio R. Fracture pattern of SiCp/Al composite of fatigue crack behaves as plastic fracture increasingly and crack tip pattern of it behaves as plastic zone gradually increased,crack tip is obviously passivated and quadric crack is distinctly increased with increasing of stress radio R.
