钢波纹管涵洞力学性能的有限元分析 被引量:64

摘要 金属波纹管涵具有施工工期短、造价低、对地基扰动小、对基础要求低、适应变形性能好等优点,特别适用于边远地区和多年冻土、软土等特殊地基区域的道路涵洞工程.目前,作为一种新型的道路涵洞形式.对钢波纹管涵洞进行野外现场力学性能测试存在许多局限性,为了克服其局限性,本文在钢波纹管涵洞野外现场力学性能测试的基础上,利用有限元力学分析程序对钢波纹管涵洞的受力变形作计算分析,将计算结果和野外现场实测值进行比较分析,建立合理的有限元力学模型,运用有限元法系统地分析钢波纹管涵洞的力学性能成为可行. The corrugated metal culvert has many virtues,such as rapid installation,low cost,little disturbing to groundwork, lesser requirement for foundation. It especially fits for the culvert construction in remote area and frozen earth or soft soil region, This kind of the a new-style culvert has a wide application foreground in China. Whereas the field mechanical performance test of corrugated steel culvert has lots of limitations. To overcome that shortcomings, in this paper,based on the field test,the mechanical performance of corrugated steel culvert has been systematically analyzed by using the finite element method. The calculated value of the finite element analysis is has been compared the site test value to find the appropriate mechanical finite element model, therefore the mechanical performance of the corrugated steel culvert can he systematically researched .
