摘要
目的:研究骨肉瘤组织芯片的制备方法及其免疫组织化学(免疫组化)应用。方法:选取脱钙骨肉瘤石蜡包埋标本36例,应用微阵列打孔仪制备组织芯片,并进行Ki67和CD34免疫组化标记。结果:制备的骨肉瘤组织芯片组织完整、排列整齐,无掉片脱片现象,免疫组化标记结果良好,无边缘效应。结论:可以联合应用组织芯片技术和免疫组化技术对脱钙骨肉瘤进行研究。
Objective To study how to develop the tissue.mieroarray of osteosarcoma and the application of immunohistochemical staining on the tissue mieroarray. Methods Paraffin-embedded tissue of 36 cases of osteosarcoma were selected to develop the tissue mieroarray with the manual tissue arrayer; and immunohistoehemieal staining labelled with Ki67 and CD34 were performed on the tissue mieroarray of osteosarcoma. Results The developed tissue mieroarray of osteosarcoma were arrayed integrally and trimy, none of the tissue mieroarrays on the section was lost, and the immunohistochemieal staining was excellent, without marginal or non-specific staining. Conclusions Tissue micmarray can be used to study osteosarcoma with immunohistochemistry.
