Increase pulverized Coal rate and decrease coke ratio are the keys to reduce energy consumption in the iron making procedure. Pulverized coal rate was raised and coke ratio and energy consumption was reduced, by some meastures such as using refined mine powder, raising blast temperature and oxygen-enriched rate, optimizing injection technics, strengthening blast furnace operation.
