摘要
在铁合金冶炼2×16 500 kVA电炉循环冷却水系统的设计中,将微电脑控制水质处理技术应用于电炉闭路循环冷却水的自动控制,使用NKC-3405缓蚀阻垢剂、NKC-615杀菌灭藻剂,对电炉循环冷却水存在腐蚀、沉积物及菌、藻类微生物的情况,将人工加药控制改为微电脑自动加药及控制,减少人为误差,实现加药自动化,取得了较好的效果。
Inthe designment of Cooling system of 2 × 16 500 kVA furnace ferro-alloy' s smelting, the lechnology of water quality to be dealt with micro-computer will be applied in automatic controlling of cooling system of electric furnace. By using NKC-3405 & NKC-615 there will be a corrosiveness in water of electric furnace, including sediment and algae micro organiam, if we change the way of adding mixture by man into the way of automatic system, it will reduce errors to realize automation. And good results will be obtained in the end.
