摘要 目的:对新疆产沙戟的黄酮类活性成分进行研究。方法:采用95%乙醇提取及各种柱色谱法分离,光谱技术鉴定结构。结果:分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,经光谱方法分别鉴定为槲皮素(Ⅰ),山柰酚(Ⅱ),芹菜素(Ⅲ),柯伊利素(Ⅳ),异槲皮苷(Ⅴ),柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),槲皮素-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论:上述化合物均首次从沙戟属中分离得到。 Objective: To study the flavone constituents in Chrozophora sabulosa (Xinjiang origin). Method: The compounds were extracted with 95% ethyl alcohol, isolated by various column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods. Result: Seven flavanoids were isolated and identified as quercetin (Ⅰ), kaempferol (Ⅱ), apigenin (Ⅲ), chrysoerid (Ⅳ), isoquereitrin (Ⅴ), chrysoerin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ) and quercetin-3-O-α-D-arabinfuranoside (Ⅶ). Conclusion: All of these seven compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.
