摘要 目的:为促进薄荷的综合利用,对其非挥发性成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶和光谱法分离鉴定化合物。结果:从薄荷中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别是刺槐素(Ⅰ)、椴树素(Ⅱ)、蒙花苷(Ⅲ)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅳ)、熊果酸(Ⅴ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅵ)、β-甾醇(Ⅶ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To promote its comprehensive utilization, the involatile constituents of Mentha haplocalyx were studied system- atically. Method: The chemical components were isolated and purified by silca gel column chromatography and recrystailization. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Resuit: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: acacetin (Ⅰ), tilianine (Ⅱ), linarin (Ⅲ), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (Ⅳ), ursolic acid (Ⅴ ), oleanolic acid(Ⅵ), β-sitosterol (Ⅶ), daucosterol (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅴ were obtained from this nlant for the first time.
