薄荷非挥发性成分研究

Studies on involatile constituents of Mentha haplocalyx

目的：为促进薄荷的综合利用，对其非挥发性成分进行系统研究。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶和光谱法分离鉴定化合物。结果：从薄荷中分离并鉴定了8个化合物，分别是刺槐素（Ⅰ）、椴树素（Ⅱ）、蒙花苷（Ⅲ）、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷（Ⅳ）、熊果酸（Ⅴ）、齐墩果酸（Ⅵ）、β-甾醇（Ⅶ）和胡萝卜苷（Ⅷ）。结论：化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To promote its comprehensive utilization, the involatile constituents of Mentha haplocalyx were studied system- atically. Method： The chemical components were isolated and purified by silca gel column chromatography and recrystailization. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Resuit： Eight compounds were isolated and identified as： acacetin （Ⅰ）, tilianine （Ⅱ）, linarin （Ⅲ）, n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside （Ⅳ）, ursolic acid （Ⅴ ）, oleanolic acid（Ⅵ）, β-sitosterol （Ⅶ）, daucosterol （Ⅷ）. Conclusion： Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅴ were obtained from this nlant for the first time.
