摘要
介绍了一种用于旋转机械振动信号分析的阶比跟踪方法,以及基于PCI数据采集卡的具体实现方法.由于旋转机械振动信号的振动频率和轴的转动频率有一定的比值关系,所以,采用时域同步滤波可消除与回转频率无关的噪声干扰,提取与转速直接相关的周期信号.
In this paper, an order tracking method,which is used to analyze vibration signal of rotating machinery and its implement based on PCI data acquisition card are introduced. Because of the ratio relation between the frequency of vibration and the frequency of rotating, synchronously filtrating in time - domains used to eliminate the noise that is be independent of the frequency of rotating and pick up the real vibration. This will improve the ratio between vibration and noise.
