塌方在隧道施工中经常发生,从地质和人为因素两方面入手对北海路隧道塌方原因进行了分析,根据塌方的实际情况以及施工安全的角度出发制定了填实的抢险方案,并提出了抢险过程中的安全措施以保抢险任务的顺利完成。
