摘要
介绍了车速表试验台联网设计的实现原理,分析了影响车速台测量精度的因素,提出一种采用多媒体定时技术与软件滤波技术相结合提高测量精度的方法。多媒体精确定时器是微软公司提供的对底层硬件定时器的API支持,定时精度高,受系统影响小;软件滤波采用平均滑动滤波方法,较好地除去了测量结果中的不准确数据。通过试验验证了这种方法的有效性。
The paper first gave a brief introduction of the working principle of Speedometer tester, then analyzed the factors which affect precision of speedometer tester connected into vehicle-inspect line.The paper also introduced a method associating with multimedia timer and digital filter to resolve the problem. The multimedia timer services is provided by Microsoft which allow an application to schedule periodic timer events.In the program, the author filtrated the inaccurate pulses by average-moving method and proved the validity of this method by experiment.
