摘要
介绍了应用二维PSD建立的激光-PSD自动对准系统的组成、位置控制数学模型以及偏心调整机构。该系统能实现回转体类零件在工作台上的自动对准。试验表明,系统使用方便、精度高、可靠性好。
A laser-PSD automatic alignment system of workpiece is introduced by using two-dimensional PSD. Its structure and principle, math model of position adjusting as well as offset adjusting advice are brought forward, The result of experiment indicates that the system has high precision and credibility, and it is easy to operate, it can meet the automatic alignment demand of revolving parts.
