摘要
扎布耶盐湖湖水浓缩后可得到质量分数在80%以上的初级L i2CO3产品,利用传统的酸法工艺提纯的产品在质量和收率上呈现不稳定性。文章参照前人的研究成果,应用P itzer模型对L i+,Na+//C l-,CO32--H2O四元水盐体系进行了数学建模,据此对扎布耶盐湖初级L i2CO3产品酸法精制过程进行了分析,从理论上解释了实验过程不稳定的原因,并提出了改进后的酸法提纯工艺。
The raw lithium carbonate got from the concentrated water of Zabuye Lake can reach a purity of over 80%. Treated with the traditional acid-method, the refined product fluctuates in quality and yield. Based on Pitzer model, the phase diagram of Li^+ , Na^+//Cl^- , CO3^2--H2O system was predicted, and the acid-process of refining raw lithium carbonate in Zabuye Salt Lake was analyzed and the reason of fluctuation during experiment was explained. This study brings forward some developments on the refining technique.
