摘要 感官评估以其直接、易得和与消费者紧密相关等优点,在食品、化妆品、包装、汽车、茶叶、酒、烟草和纺织行业中不少应用。本文基于智能技术提出了在陶瓷行业建立感官评估平台的方法和过程,此系统采用多元统计的数据处理方法和模糊神经网络技术,以Matlab为工具对感官数据和客观数据进行分析和处理,实现对陶瓷产品质量等级的评估。 Sensory evaluation technique has been widely used in food, ceamics, pack, car, liquid, tea, tobacco, fabric etc, for its characteristic of directness, easily obtaining and close connected with consumer. The paper presents a method of setting up sensory evaluation system for ceramic based on intelligent method. The system process and analysis sensory and objective data, and realize ceramic products grading, which adopts multi-dimension statistics and fuzzy-neural network techniques with the software of Matlab.
