摘要
在国际和国家层面上,都存在着因为环境问题而被迫流离失所或背井离乡的人。本文称之为环境被迫移民。针对该问题,本文探讨了环境被迫移民的概念、造成环境被迫移民问题的原因以及应对该问题的途径。
People who are driven from their homes by environmental pressures exist both on international and national level. The author defines them as environmentally-forced migration instead of “environmental refugee.” On the basis of this definition, the author explores the cause and solution of this issue.
