Global Environmental Governance Regime and China's Participation

全球环境治理机制是国际治理机制的一部分,主要通过结构主体、议题领域、作用渠道、原则规范、操控方式来构成和运作。中国作为环境大国、地区和世界大国,采取多种参与方式,以建设性和负责任的积极姿态出现于全球环境治理的重要场合。但中国对该机制的参与在对自身及国际社会带来积极效果的同时,也可能会造成一些不利的负面影响,因此会导致双重效应。

The global environmental governance regime is a part of international governance regimes, composed of and functioned through the structural body, scope of issues, channels of role, principle and norms and ways of control. As a big environmental country, as well s a regional and world power, China participates in global environment governance with a constructive and responsible attitude. China's participation will bring about dual results, not only active effect but some negative sones.
