摘要
丙烯酸高碳醇酯在石油添加剂中是很常用的中间体,通过调节高碳醇的链长可以使降凝剂能更好地适用于不同组成的原油,提高伍配性能。文章主要针对中间体合成、分离和评价过程中遇到的问题提出一点建议。
The synthesized and clarify of higher alcohol acrylic esters were mainly introduced in the article, Effects of inhibitor, reaction time and temperature were investigated. A new way to clear up inhibitor and catalyst in the intermediate was studied also. Crude oil pour point depressants were widely used to reduce the viscous of paraffin rich crude oil. Higher alcohol acrylic esters, as one of the most important intermediate, are crucial for the application of pour point depressant.
