摘要
建设社会主义和谐社会,是全党全国人民长期奋斗的目标。劳动就业问题对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。构建和谐社会的就业战略包括:全面理解落实科学发展观,确定就业战略目标,建立完善的城乡统一的就业服务体系和就业预测、失业预警制度,加快立法,理顺劳资关系。
To construct a harmonized socialist society is the long-term goal of the Party and all the Chinese people. Employment is its very critical content. Employment strategy of a harmonized socialist society includes: fully understanding and application of the Scientific Development View, ascertaining the employ- ment strategic goal,establishing perfect employment service system both in cities and rural areas, setting up employment anticipation and unemployment alarm system,quickening legislation process,and harmonizing the relationship between the labor and management.,
