黑龙江省商品粮粳稻基地建设对于确保我国粮食安全具有重要意义。在分析黑龙江省发展优质粳稻的优势和潜力的基础上,提出通过采取水利措施、农业措施、管理措施构建全省东、中、西三大优质粳稻基地的总体发展布局。

Constructing round-shaped rice production bases in Heilongjiang Province is of great significance to ensure grain security in China. It presents the general development layout of building three high-quality round-shaped rice production bases in the east, middle and west of the Heilongjiang province by applying irrigation, agricultural and managerial measures, on the basis of evaluating advantages and potential of developing high-quality round-shaped rice.
