C_(57)BL/6鼠日本血吸虫病肝虫卵肉芽肿模型特性初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验对所建虫卵可溶性抗原(SEA)致敏和未致敏C57BL/6鼠日本血吸虫病肝虫卵肉芽肿模型特性进行初步探讨,并与C57BL/6鼠自然感染模型进行比较。结果显示:1.经脾注射活卵诱发小鼠肝虫卵肉芽肿方法可行,2.SEA致敏组肝虫卵肉芽肿形成过程及细胞组成基本与自然感染组相似,但发展速度较快;3.SEA致敏组和自然感染组各期虫卵肉芽肿内IgG抗体均呈阳性。从而证明,所建SEA致敏C57BL/6鼠日本血吸虫病肝虫卵肉芽肿模型对于肝虫卵肉芽肿防治研究确有价值。 The features of experimental models of hepatic Schistosma japonicum(S.j)egg granuloma in C57BL/6 mice unsensitized(unsensitized group)and sensitized with soluble egg antigen(SEA)(SEA sensitized group)were studied.The group of C57 BL/6 mice infected with cercariae of S.j in abdominal skin(cercariae infected group)was used for comparison.The results were:①The method of inducing hepatic granuloma was simple,safe and effective:②The process and cellular type of granuloma foramtion in SEA sensitized group was similar to those of cercariae infected group;③ Immunohistochemical assay indicated IgG was positive in all granulomas of SEA sensitized group and cercariae infected group.Thus,the experimental model of hepatic S.j.egg granuloma in C57 BL/6 mice sensitized with SEA was useful in the study of prevention and treatment of hepatic egg granuloma.
