力克肺疾与异烟肼、对氨基水杨酸的交叉耐药性试验

摘要 目的 了解力克肺疾(DIP)对耐异烟肼(INH)及耐对氨基水杨酸钠(PAS)菌株的交叉耐药情况,作为耐药病人对3种药物的选择依据。方法 对临床所获得522林痰分枝结核杆菌采用罗氏绝对浓度间接法进行3种药物的平行药物敏感试验。结果 DIP、INH、PAS的耐药率分别为26.5%、51、4%、29、9%耐INH或耐PAS菌株中对DIP的耐药符合率为44.18%、85.6%。结论 对已耐INH的肺结核病人仍有55.82%对DIP敏感,因此,此类病人半数以上可选择DIP作为一个敏感的新药。 Objective investigate the multi-drug resistance of DIP, INH and PAS to guide the selection among the above-mentioned 3 for treatment of multi-drug resistant patients, Methods 522 clinical Mycobacterium tuberculosis stains are tested by Lowenstein-Jensen(L-J) absolute concentration interval method to understand their three drug microbial sensitivity tests; individual drug-resistance. Results DIP, INH and PAS show a drug-resistance rate of 26,5%, 51,4% and 29,9% respectively, Bacteria that are resistant to INH display a suit rate drug-resistance of 44,18%, Same matrix is 85,6% for PAS. Conclusion 55.82% of the patients who are already resistant to INH are still sensitive to DIP. Thus, DIP can be used as a new effective drug for over half of patients who show a drug-resistance to DIP.
