近几年,随着中国电信改革的逐步深入及电信运营企业相继上市,电信竞争渐趋白热化,迫使电信运营企业转变经营理念,全面提升经营管理水平,努力增强企业核心竞争力。未来的电信竞争将是集中体现企业的网络服务能力、技术创新能力、业务开发水平、运营管理水平及经营理念、服务理念、企业文化等要素的综合竞争。在这种形势下,如何最大限度地挖掘和利用现有网络资源的能力,充分发挥投资效益。
1. Overview
In recent years, along with gradual deepening of Chinese telecom reform and telecom operators' successive initial public offering (IPO), telecom competition is getting intensely fierce, which compels telecom operators to transform their management concept, comprehensively promote the operation management level, and also put strenuous efforts in strengthening the enterprises' core competitive caPability. The future telecom competition will be an integrated competition which intensively reflects the network service capability, technology innovation capability, service exploitation level, operation management level, operation concept, service concept and enterprise culture, etc.
