摘要
柳宗元《答元饶州论政理书》是古代散文中唯一的社会基本情况的调查报告。它分状况、问题、建议三部分,对两税法下的征赋乱痛加批判,更对贫苦人民的悲惨生活寄予同情,希望以“均赋”拯救百姓于水火之中。全信逻辑严密、内容丰富,有诸多启示。
The thesis thinks that Liu Zongyuan,s （柳宗元） Reply to Politics of Yuan Provincial Governor is the sole investigation report on the social basic situation in the ancient essay .It divides into three parts, they are the situation ,the problem and the proposal .Furthermore it has sharply criticized the disorderly taxation under two kinds of taxation regulations（Liang Shui Fa）,and granted sympathy to the miserable life of the poor people ,wishing to save the ordinary people from the severe suffering with Equal Taxation.The whole letter is precise in logic,with abundant contents and a lot of relations.
